Asphalt Green's programs for kids and teens develop a passion for physical activity, improve sports performance, and build comfort working out in the fitness center.
Fitness assessment: Prior to using the gym, all members under the age of 18 must complete a free fitness assessment with one of our personal trainers. The trainer will demonstrate exercises, explain how to use cardio and strength training equipment, and determine physical and mental readiness to work out alone. NEW HIP HOP DANCE CLASS FOR KIDS
Ages 9 to 17
Break, pop, and lock with a group class for kids led by an experienced dance instructor. Learn the basics of hip hop dance with this 6-week progressive course starting Friday, November 5 from 4pm to 5:15pm. Students will learn new moves and develop their core strength, agility, and coordination. Free for members!
YOUTH PERSONAL TRAINING
