Andy Ung

Bachelor’s in Business Management

Certified Instructor in Jeet Kune Do

Andy joined the Asphalt Green team in June 2025 after spending three years as a member himself. What brought him on board? The atmosphere: clean, welcoming, and judgment-free—a place where he and his wife felt truly at home. Now, he’s paying it forward by helping new and returning members feel equally supported in their fitness journeys.

Andy’s own fitness journey began with learning the martial art Jeet Kune Do at age 10, which has grown into a well-rounded movement practice focused on strength, mobility, and mental clarity. His current routine includes kettlebells, landmine training, sled pushes, animal flow, and joint-specific rehab. “Fitness isn’t just a hobby—it’s the lens through which I navigate life,” he says.

Outside of the gym, Andy is an avid traveler, foodie, and photographer, always seeking new cultures and cuisines to explore.
