Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program offers an all-action way to stay active, build confidence, and challenge yourself—just in time for summer. Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or have some experience on the mat, you’ll find a place in our supportive training community.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on technique, leverage, and strategy rather than size or strength, making it ideal for anyone looking to learn self-defense, improve mobility and coordination, and boost mental and physical fitness.

Classes are grouped by experience level so you can progress at your own pace, all while having fun and learning real-world skills

Our program is open to children ages 5-18, with classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels.

No experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for beginners as well as those with some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu background.

Students should wear comfortable, athletic clothing.
