Leah Rossi
Leah Rossi began her fitness career in 2021 in Philadelphia, where she worked at a women’s-only fitness studio leading group classes and personal training sessions. Since then, she has gained experience across a variety of settings, including corporate wellness, physical therapy and rehabilitation, and independent in-home training. Through her diverse training experiences, Leah has built a well-rounded approach to her craft, allowing her to support clients at all stages of their fitness journey.
Leah particularly enjoys working with clients who want to build strength and confidence through resistance training. She is passionate about helping individuals understand the value of strength training—whether their goals are muscle growth, weight loss, or overall health—and encourages clients not to be intimidated by lifting heavier weights. Her experience as an exercise physiologist in a physical therapy clinic also built a strong foundation in teaching corrective exercise, injury prevention, and proper movement mechanics.
Leah’s training philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are, mastering foundational movement patterns, and progressing with intention over time. She emphasizes slow, controlled movements, mind-muscle connection, and creating an enjoyable, sustainable fitness experience. As a former competitive gymnast, Leah has always felt connected to movement and views fitness as a lifelong practice that supports both physical and mental well-being.
