Summer Day Camp Scholarships
The application process for summer 2026 scholarships WILL OPEN SOON.
Scholarship application will be posted in early January 2026. The deadline to submit a completed application (all required documents) is Friday, February 6, 2026. Applicants will be made aware of decisions by early March 2026.

About Our Scholarships
Every child should have the opportunity to go to a summer day camp. For more than two decades, Asphalt Green Summer Day Camp scholarships have brought children from all over New York City to our campuses to play outside, make new friends, and develop physical, emotional, and social skills that stay with them for a lifetime. A limited number of scholarships are also available to participate as a Leaders-in-Training.
Over the last decade, we have awarded scholarships worth over $1.3 million to campers who would not otherwise have had the opportunity to attend camp. Support our Summer Day Camp scholarships by donating today!
Campers for a Cause
You can help give the gift of Summer Day Camp! Every summer, our campers learn the importance of giving back to those in need by participating in our weeklong Campers for a Cause fundraiser. There is also an element of friendly competition among camp groups. Each child has the opportunity to fundraise for Summer Day Camp scholarships by collecting as many donations as possible. The group that raises the most money will be rewarded with a very special field trip!
