Community Weighs in on Upper East Side Marine Transfer Station

On July 31, Mayor Bill de Blasio agreed to move the marine transfer station access ramp that bisects Asphalt Green’s Upper East Side campus. This decision will keep the more than 400,000 children who come through our facilities each year out of harm’s way.
