Every goal needs an action plan. Asphalt Green’s 15-week coached running program is designed to take distance running to the next level. Whether your goal is to finish your first marathon or qualify for Boston, we’ve got you covered.
Under the guidance of Coach Mikael Hanson, a USA Triathlon- and USA Cycling-certified coach, you’ll cross the finish line with a radiant smile.
What’s included in the program?
- Three weekly group runs in Central Park
- An individual 15-week training program to complement group sessions
