Pedro Raicovich
Pedro Raicovich, Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Pedro manages all business practices and operations, including finance, facilities, security, and information technology. Pedro has been with Asphalt Green for nearly 18 years, overseeing a variety of notable accomplishments for the organization, including the renovation of Litwin Field, the opening of new locations in Battery Park City and Brooklyn, and successfully relaunching vital programs and membership after the COVID-19 pandemic. In his previous role as Chief Program Officer, Pedro achieved record enrollment for Asphalt Green’s camps and memberships, helped launch our citywide Wave Makers initiative, saw our competitive teams climb national rankings and produce professional athletes, and implemented adaptive and inclusive programs as a keystone of our mission. Pedro holds a B.S. in community health from Hunter College. Growing up, Pedro played club soccer, basketball, and baseball. As a track and field athlete, he competed in regional and national competitions and was a county champion in the long jump and 400- and 800-meter races.
