Samu Csordas

Samu Csordas hails from Budapest, Hungary, where he began his water polo journey in 2008 at Ferencvárosi Torna Club, one of Europe’s most successful water polo clubs. Seeking to expand his career, Samu moved to the United States and became an NCAA Division 1 athlete at St. Francis College in 2018.

Over the course of his college career, he was a four-year letter winner during a period when the Terriers were consistently ranked among the nation’s top 20 teams.

Following his graduation, Samu continued his water polo career by playing for Asphalt Green’s men’s team, while also coaching their youth program. With over three years of experience in the program, Samu has taken on key responsibilities, including running strength and conditioning training and serving as the head coach for the Boys’ team. His extensive playing background and coaching expertise have made him an integral part of the Asphalt Green community.
