Have a Blast Building Water Skills

Swim and Gym Adventure combines aquatic safety with active play to foster physical and social development in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Held on weekends at both our Upper East Side and Battery Park City locations, each session features 30 minutes of activities focused on building swimming skills and water confidence before. Participants then change into gym gear and take part in 35 minutes of interactive exercises such as obstacle courses, balance activities, and recess games to enhance motor skills, balance, and teamwork.

Participants must arrive ready to swim and come with a change of clothes appropriate for running and playing physically active games. Close-toed shoes are required for gym games.

Families of participants will be asked to complete an intake form to ensure we can best support their children. Asphalt Green’s Inclusive Youth Classes are geared toward empowering participants with support needs including but not limited to ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, Gross Motor Delays, Down Syndrome, and more. All classes are open to the public. At Asphalt Green, Everyone Plays.
