AGUA ELITE Clinic (10-14 yrs) | Jun 29 to Jul 3 | 8:30AM (7h)

The AGUA Elite Clinic is a four-day intensive training experience hosted by AGUA Swim Team coaches and designed for motivated swimmers ages 10–14 who hold a current USA Swimming membership. This clinic is intended to complement, not replace, a swimmer’s regular practice schedule. Over four focused days, athletes will receive a concentrated boost of in-water training, dryland development, and technical skill instruction. 

Training sessions will challenge swimmers physically and mentally while reinforcing the habits, skills, and technical standards expected within the AGUA Swim Team training environment. The goal is to provide a high-impact, high-quality experience that supports long-term athlete development and helps swimmers return to regular practices sharper, more confident, and better prepared to perform at their best in upcoming competitions. 

Lunch is included.  USA Swimming membership is required.
