The AGUA Swim League Clinics are developmentally focused, week-long training experiences designed for swimmers ages 7–16 who are looking to build skills, confidence, and racing familiarity in a structured and supportive environment.  

These clinics are an excellent option for swimmers who are newer to competitive training or still building foundational skills. 

Each clinic operates as a five-day week, providing a boost via in-water training, dryland activities, and technical skill development. Each week culminates with Friday Time Trials, giving swimmers the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a race-style setting, track progress week-to-week, and gain confidence with basic meet procedures in a low-pressure environment. 

The AGUA Swim League Clinics are designed to help swimmers leave each week more confident, more skilled, and excited to continue developing in the sport. Lunch is included.
