Class Description: Expand your swim repertoire in Back, Breast and Beyond. You will delve deep into proper form for backstroke, breaststroke, dolphin kick, flutter kick and butterfly pull. The instructor will work with you to make sure you have correct rhythm, breathing, and head and body positioning for each movement.Class Prerequisites: Asphalt Green’s Freestyle 101; must be able to swim freestyle.
