Spring Freestyle 101 (17+ yrs.) | Sat | 4pm

Class Description: Master freestyle and basic competitive swim techniques in Freestyle 101. You will learn rotary breathing, proper flutter kick, and proper body positioning for freestyle. By the end of class you will be able to swim continuously proper freestyle technique. Freestyle 101 is a small class with a maximum of eight participants.Class Prerequisites: Asphalt Green’s Adult Immersion is recommended.
