Spring Martial Arts (14-18 yrs.) | Mon | 6:30pm (60m)

Children will be introduced to the physical and cognitive skills required for martial arts. Children will learn basic martial arts techniques including kicking punching and grappling while improving balance coordination and rhythm. The program instills the values of self-control concentration respect and teamwork. Introductory 40-minute sessions prepare young athletes for our advanced Sport Martial Arts program and other competitive sports programs at Asphalt Green.
