Asphalt Green's programs for kids and teens develop a passion for physical activity, improve sports performance, and build comfort working out in the fitness center.
Fitness assessment: Prior to using the gym, all members under the age of 18 must complete a free fitness assessment with one of our personal trainers. The trainer will demonstrate exercises, explain how to use cardio and strength training equipment, and determine physical and mental readiness to work out alone. Preteen Fit Club
Children use bodyweight exercises, jumping, and running to build balance, coordination, strength, and endurance in a fun environment. Learn more.
