Our dedicated reformer studios at both Asphalt Green locations allow participants to hone their craft under the guidance of experienced instructors. Regular practice prevents back pain and improves balance and stability by focusing on proper alignment and posture.

 

Yoga: Take your mind away from the hustle and bustle of New York City living in a yoga class. Yoga connects the body and mind through poses that improve strength and flexibility. Yoga is about being present and focusing on breathing through each movement. After bending, twisting, and maybe even turning upside down, you’ll feel refreshed and ready to tackle 2017.
