Frequently Asked Questions

Strollers are allowed on the field but not in the haunted maze. Please note, there will be designated stroller parking at the event, but we are not responsible for lost strollers or items.

The field, including the entrance, exit, and restrooms, is wheelchair accessible. Many of our activations are also suitable for attendees using wheelchairs; however, the haunted maze is not wheelchair accessible.

While we understand your desire for creative expression, we prioritize the safety and comfort of all attendees. We strongly discourage the presence of fake or prop weapons. If such items are deemed to pose a risk to others or are considered inappropriate, you may be kindly requested to store them away or exit the event to ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety.

Although we love all furry friends, pets are not allowed at the event. However, service dogs are permitted and welcome to assist those who require their support.

Outside food and drink are not permitted. We will have food trucks on-site with food and beverage options available for purchase.

If you prefer to donate in person, you can do so at the event. Look for our donation stations at the main entrance and exit. We accept donations in various forms, including cash and card payments. We also support Apple Pay for your convenience.

Yes. Admission is free, but all guests must claim tickets online in advance to help us manage capacity. You will receive a QR code that will be scanned upon entry to Litwin Field.

General Admission gives you access to the Street Fair, Haunted Maze, and Litwin Field. Each child (ages 2+) will receive 10 free activity tickets for Litwin Field rides.

Families that have children who experience sensory sensitivities can enjoy Litwin Field and the Haunted Maze with reduced sound, lighting, and crowds. Tickets are limited for this special session.

The Green Line Pass is a Haunted Maze fast-pass that lets you skip the regular line. Passes are capped at 6 per family and are non-refundable.

Yes. There will be non-ticketed activities on the field as well.
