Youth Springboard Diving
Master the art of diving at Asphalt Green's Olympic-size pool! Our instructors will teach young swimmers diving fundamentals, such as straight dives, tuck dives, pike dives, somersaults and more.
Ready to Make a Splash?
In our beginner, intermediate, and advanced diving classes, swimmers learn and refine diving skills, including tuck rolls, tuck dives, pike dives, front hurdles, open and closed pike positions, and proper hand placement for rip-entry. Instructors will also cover diving vocabulary, diving board safety, and exercises and stretches to prevent injury and improve diving practice.
